About
Company History
Northern Chesapeake Builders Corporation (NCBC) was founded in 1964 by Norman E. Rockwell. Mr. Rockwell was a civil engineer and had been working for The Rouse Company prior to starting NCBC. Mr. Rockwell was joined by his son, Norman E. Rockwell, Jr (pictured together on the right) in 1974, who has been running the day-to-day operations of the company since 1983. Today, Norman Rockwell Jr. is joined by his two sons, Norman III and Mark who look to continue the company’s success.
