The Problem: A six-acre site with some extremely difficult soils problems but with an undeniable potential for the high-grade Washington office market. 

The Solution: A strong design-build team consisting of:

Owner – Lloyd W Moore, an Ellicott City-based developer with whom Northern Chesapeake has worked with in the past. 

Lender – Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., a knowledgeable and progressive financial institution.

Architect – Robert Hofmann, a fine developer-type architect and veteran of a half-dozen Northern Chesapeake projects.

Builder – Northern Chesapeake Builders Corp

The Result: This fine office park located at New Hampshire Avenue and the Capitol Beltway – completed within one year of inception and right on budget.
