Lender – Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., a knowledgeable and progressive financial institution.
Architect – Robert Hofmann, a fine developer-type architect and veteran of a half-dozen Northern Chesapeake projects.
Builder – Northern Chesapeake Builders Corp
The Result: This fine office park located at New Hampshire Avenue and the Capitol Beltway – completed within one year of inception and right on budget.
