Rouse and Associates, Philadelphia, had a very attractive piece of large commercial acreage and a strong hunch that there existed a real market for office space in the East Towson area. The offices of the Rouse organization, the principals of Ianniello-Hofmann Associates, Architects, and the Northern Chesapeake organization formed. design team which produced the eminently attractive and marketable executive-type office park comprising six buildings for a total gross space of 150,000 s.f. (141,000 net leasable).

Having fully satisfied the Owner’s requirements on cost, aesthetics, and scheduling, Northern Chesapeake then proceeded with the construction: a nine-month, project which has proved to be completely successful from the standpoint of each of the participants.
