When three acres of Sheppard Pratt property became available, a group of young investors foresaw the marketability of condominium medical space within this medically-oriented area of Towson. Being acquainted with Northern Chesapeake Builders’ successful involvement in two large medical centers now in operation, the investment group felt that a complete design and build, turn-key arrangement with Northern Chesapeake would answer their needs. 

This four-story 55,00 s.f. medical office building has become the prime center for private medical practitioners in the North Baltimore area- not surprising when its located among the three largest hospitals and its’ proximity to Charles Street, the Beltway, and Towson are considered.

Northern Chesapeake’s experience in the medical field facilitated communication with doctors and dentists as well as with the lender, whose services were of paramount importance.
