A design-build project, Cromwell Center comprises 120,000 square feet of executive office space in a park-like setting directly on the Baltimore Beltway at Cromwell Bridge Rd. The first footings were placed on April 17, 1980 and the first group of tenants took occupancy on December 1, 1980 – at the original budget price.
