K&M Office Building  

Columbia, Maryland

Our first venture in downtown Columbia, this three-story, forty thousand square foot, high-finish executive office building was designed and built by Norther Chesapeake for K&M, a Columbia-based developer, in ten months. 

The design is an example of what can be accomplished by a coordinated effort on the part of the owner, the Architect (Calvin Kobba, A.I.A.) the site developer, Howard Research and Development and the builder.
